A small team made Quality Time. A real person reads every message.
We reply within 1–2 business days. Include your device model and iOS version if you're reporting a bug — it helps us help you faster.
When you reach for an app you've chosen to pause during your scheduled hours, Quality Time shows a soft reminder. You can always choose to continue — this isn't about blocking, it's about a moment of awareness.
Check that the app is selected under "Choose apps to pause" in Settings, and that the current time falls within one of your reminder windows. iOS Screen Time permissions must also be granted — you can re-check these in your device's Settings under Screen Time.
Your app selections and schedules stay on your device. We don't track which apps you use, when you open them, or anything about your activity. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
From the home screen, tap "Edit reminders." You can change times, days, or remove reminders entirely. New reminders can be added anytime with "Add reminder."
Each device has its own settings. We're exploring iCloud sync for a future release — let us know if this matters to you.
